I am a recent convert to Bobbi Brown. A friend of mine wears the Bobbi Brown Tinted Moisurizing Balm and always looks so "fresh." (I'm not sure why I'm putting "fresh" in quotes. I think it's "just" to emphasize it.) So I bought some. And now I look "fresh" too. It's sheer and silky and gives your skin a little shine, in a good way.
